Details of the program

The "Program for Leading Graduate Schools" (MEXT, JSPS) aims to promote the establishment of graduate schools that are worthy of being the highest-level educational institutions. The Program is intended to equip outstanding students with the insight and creativity to become active global leaders in industry, academia, and government. The Program supports a far-reaching reform of graduate school education, incorporating top Japanese and international teaching staff and students, as well as planning input from industry, academia, and government, to create and develop world-class doctoral and master¡äs degree programs that go beyond the framework of traditional fields of specialized study. TUAT has adopted such a program and will launch it this academic year.
