Emeritus Professor Dr. Endo attends Prince Mahidol Award Ceremony 2014

On January 28th 2015, Dr. Akira Endo attended the Ceremony of the Prince Mahidol Award 2014, held in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Endo received the Prince Mahidol Award for his discovery of the Statin.
In the award ceremony, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand was present to award the plaque to Dr. Endo

Dr. Endo also attended the Memorial Lecture supported by The Heart Association of Thailand and a memorial event at Siriraji Hospital of Mahidol University. He was praised for his brilliant discovery by event participants and hospital affiliates.
