TUAT Receives Delegation from King Faisal University

On Nov 10, 2014 TUAT received a delegation of 11 professors and administrators from the King Faisal University of Saudi Arabia.
The visiting delegation was headed by Prof. Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Saadat and accompanied by the International Cooperation Department of the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia Cultural Office.
The visit started with a tour of our Koganei Campus, met by Assoc. Prof. Raksincharoensak Pongsathorn and Prof. Hiroyuki Sasahara as they gave a brief lecture about our two research centers at Koganei Campus: 1) the Smart Mobility Research Center and 2) the Center of Design and Manufacturing, respectively.
The visiting delegation was very interested in our research activities and they were also impressed by the tour of our Research Center for Frontier Plant Factory at Fuchu Campus where they were met by Prof. Isao Ogiwara and Prof. Tohru Teraoka.
