Announcement on 2025 Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology Graduation/Commencement Ceremony

【Important Notice】
To the Graduation/Commencement Ceremony scheduled to take place on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT) will allow participating graduands to accompany their parents, guardians or relatives (One student can accompany only one guest).
* Please note that students’ parents, guardians or relatives will be guided to be seated on the second or third floor of the hall.
On the day of the ceremony, the ceremony will be also online live streamed. However, the viewers will be restricted to those in relation to TUAT only. If you would like to watch the live stream, the link is as follows.

* For degree conferment representatives for the ceremony, please gather at the designated time and place where separately notified by the TUAT Faculty or Graduate School you belong to.

Graduands expected to graduate or complete their degree program by March 2025 from the following: Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Graduate School of Agriculture, or Graduate School of Bio-Applications and Systems Engineering
* For United Graduate School of Agricultural Science, only the degree conferment representatives will attend this ceremony

* We ask for your understanding that the number of seats in the hall is limited. Therefore, some of the parents, guardians and relatives may have to stand for the length of the ceremony.

* As there is a limited number of paid parking spaces available and a large number of attendees are expected, we ask for your cooperation in using public transportation.
