Commencement of COVID-19 Vaccinations Including TUAT Group Vaccination, etc.[2021.8.27update]
At TUAT, in order for students to return to their normal life sooner so that they can commute to school and participate in face-to face classes with a peace of mind, we are working to commence workplace group vaccination to take place from September to October for TUAT students and faculty/administrative staff, etc.
The following vaccinations are all applicable vaccinations for TUAT students as of now. We will as well inform our students of the detailed reservation methods of each vaccination by TUAT student account e-mail on separate occasions. These e-mails will be sent out on each “reservation method e-mailing date” to your TUAT student e-mail account (except (1) and (4) – as for (1): e-mail already sent on Tuesday, July 20; and as for (4): no additional e-mail will be sent out).
Here are the vaccination methods, (1) - (4) below, that are available for TUAT students to choose from as of now. Please select a vaccination venue and make a reservation for the venue from (1) to (4) while considering the following: whether you possess a vaccination ticket for the specific venue and through which venue you can get early vaccination. All students at TUAT are eligible to be vaccinated through (1) to (3) regardless of their current place of residence. Please note that all the dates described in (2) and (3) are currently tentative. We will send a TUAT student account e-mail to the students as soon as these dates are confirmed. Please check the finalized “reservation start date for vaccination” and “vaccination start date” in the e-mail and make a vaccine reservation. We will also inform you of the finalized vaccination venues for (2) and (3) by a separate TUAT student account e-mail.
